Abstract
This study aims to explore the key dimensions that characterize a healthy university and how they impact students' subjective and psychological well-being, satisfaction, and happiness. The research draws on higher education quality models such as SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, HEdPERF, and EduQUAL, utilizing qualitative methods through focus groups to gather students' perceptions. The results highlight that the most valued dimensions include physical facilities, health and well-being, academic aspects, administrative organization, community cohesion, and communication channels. These factors directly contribute to improving campus life quality, influencing students' well-being and academic success. Strategic recommendations include modernizing facilities, promoting mental and physical health programs, encouraging sports, and creating leisure spaces. In conclusion, fostering a healthy university environment is essential for ensuring students' balanced development, leading to increased satisfaction, happiness, and academic success, reinforcing the importance of a holistic approach in assessing higher education quality.
